NZWebPro was established in 2002 when we realised that there was a considerable gap in the market for cheap no-nonsense websites that were aimed at the small to medium sized New Zealand business wishing to establish a presence on the internet. Surprisingly, this niche still exists.

While many firms offer state-of-the-art website design, very few are set up to provide a professional looking website that is specifically developed to be easy to use for customers (good website design), search engine friendly and able to be found by customers(search engine optimization and web marketing).

Research has established that over 95% of websites receive less than 10 visitors per day. This is because the vast majority of businesses still work on the assumption that "If I build it, they will come...", but there are two billion websites out there and unless people know about your site, they will not find it.

In dealings with small business, we have found a large number of companies who have been burned by shady 'fly-by-night' webmasters. Of course, unless you know what you are doing in any business, you are going to get taken for a ride by someone at some point.
